In October 1999, Architects Arthur Bowles and

Gerard De Four co-founded The Synthesis Group Ltd.,

an architectural firm located in Trinidad and Tobago.

Arthur Bowles is a Registered Architect, bringing over 30 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry across Trinidad, Tobago, and the Caribbean.

Gerard De Four, also a Registered Architect, has more than 30 years of expertise in architectural design and planning within the same region.

Together, they strive to enhance the quality of life, ensuring that each client feels valued and inspired to cherish their surroundings. Their mission is to create designs that leave a sustainable architectural legacy in the Caribbean and beyond.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy is symbiotic mutual-ism, where, the collective process and product of architecture must enhance the quality of life in the long and short term, while respecting the physical space we occupy and share with others humans and nature. Harmony should be the lived experience.
