This administrative complex was developed to address the needs of the growing organization. The entire compound houses various facilities, including a healthcare center, fire station,security buildings amongst other service buildings, designed to facilitate the company's diverse operations. This three-storey administrative structure, situated in central Trinidad, is constructed from reinforced concrete, with tailored material choices for each building to accommodate the facility's functions.
