This two-story reinforced concrete structure was designed to provide convenient and accessible basic amenities for the residents of Tobago. Situated on the eastern side of the island, the administrative complex accommodates government and public sector offices, serving as a key business center away from the bustling capital of Scarborough. Special considerations were given to the choice of exterior and interior materials to ensure they could endure the effects of sea breezes and salty air, given the site's proximity to ocean.
